Alexander Hamilton stated in the Federalist Paper No. 28, "If the representatives of the people betray their constituents, there is then no recourse left but in the exertion of that original right of self-defense."

How is it that We The People throughout these two hundred some-odd years have fallen backwards and not kept these enlightenments of our Founders within reach of our Minds?

Have we become lackadaisical in our attitudes and thinking, or mind-conditioned by our Teachers and Elected Leaders to not stand up against their tyranny?

Patrick Henry in the Debates in the Several State Conventions stated, "Are we at last brought to such an humiliating and debasing degradation that we cannot be trusted with arms for our own defense? Where is the difference between having our arms under our own possession and under our own direction, and having them under the management of Congress? If our defense be the real object of having those arms, in whose hands can they be trusted with more propriety, or equal safety to us, as in our own hands?"

James Madison, Father of the Constitution from the, Debates on the Bill of Rights, I Annals of Congress 434, June 8, 1789 stated, "The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; a well armed and well regulated militia being the best security
of a free country; but no person religiously scrupulous of bearing arms
shall be compelled to render military service in person." This is how our Second Amendment was originally put into writing, but later changed by Congress and later to be interpreted by lawyers and courts and anti-gunners as being only for the Militia.

What do we as a people need to do to protect ourselves and our Rights and Liberties? Freedom of Speech and Grievances of Government aren't enough! Reminding our Elected Representatives in all forms of government that we the people preserve the right to defend our rights and liberties by force of arms, if necessary is pandamount to ensuring what the Founders had drafted.
