President Obama will address a joint session of Congress, to deliver his first State of the Union address on Wednesday.  So what is the Real State of the Union?  The truth is no one wants to here what President Obama has to say.

The most recant Rasmussen Polling data shows the President with the Lowest Job Approval ratings ever recorded.  Even the left leaning Gallup Polling Service is reporting 47% / 47% approval verses disapproval.

Again, the bottom line, we have heard enough.  It is time to use the gifts that God has given you, Mr. President.  Last I checked you were given one mouth and two ears.  This would indicate that you should be listening twice as much as talking or trying to push your unwanted agenda.  Last year you delivered over 400 speeches, not leaving a lot of time to listen.  When over a million of us showed up in Washington DC, you acted like you didn’t even know it happened.

May I suggest this year’s Sate of the Union address be a “Teachable Moment” for you?  Keep it short, say less than 5 minutes.  Then spend the rest of the time, back in the White House reading some of those thousands of letters you claim to have received this year.  You may notice a pattern and maybe, just maybe you can start leading the nation in the direction WE want to go, rather then the extremely unpopular direction you tried last year.

The real State of the Union is this: “We the people are taking back control, do as we ask, or you are out of a job”.  Nothing more needs to be said.
